FINALLY a brief that works!!
My husband is an Alzheimer's patient that suffers from periodic incontinence. We have a closet full of products that work to a point during the day & without doubling up brief & heavy duty pad, will not make it through the night. Poor man wakes up soaked. This brief works! Without the extra pad inside it catches & holds the moisture! What a relief that he now wakes up dry! Thanks!! XOXOXO

Best Protection on the Market
After prostate surgery and the incontinence that followed I searched high and low for a undergarment that would have high absorbency and few if any leaks. The Premium OverNight Disposable Underwear far exceeds any other competitive product on the market. It is very good at both urinary and bowel incontinence containment with out the over-bulky design of most competitors. Well worth the money!

The best adult diaper on the market
You don't know how good these diapers are until you try a substitute. I recently took my elderly mother to her six-month checkup. Just as we arrived at the doctor's building, she had to make a quick trip to the restroom. She'd had an accident but the premium overnights didn't leak. She had forgotten to pack an extra diaper in her walker. The doctor's office provided another pair. Unfortunately my mother had a second accident after the exam as we were leaving the office. The substitute didn't provide much protection. (This was an unusually bad day.) My mother, who will be 98 in July, has been wearing Tranquility Premium Overnights 24-7 for years. They don't leak and they don't irritate her skin. She has tried other well-known brands that are less effective. The Premium Overnights are the best adult diaper on the market.

Quality pullups
My mother uses these over night pull up underpants with 2 top liners and they hold a huge quantity of liquid! Keeps her dry and her bedding. I very seldom have to change the sheets. They are worth every penny!!
