The overnight pants have really helped my elderly mother. Keeps her dry during the night & she has confidence to go out during the day wearing this product.

These pull-up style diapers were, first of all, a great fit for my slender 20-year-old son. One of my main problems with adult diapers has been fit--they are often just so BIG, even in small sizes--and those tapes! I must remove ALL of my son's clothing to tape this type of diaper on, and because of his severe intellectual disability, I must put them on while he is standing up, as he will not stay in place lying down. If the tape is placed wrong, it must be re-placed, and often the material tears when the tape is moved, so I am CONSTANTLY seeking the perfect pull-up style diaper that will still do the job a max-absorbancy adult diaper and that can be torn away in the morning. I got the size S with these, rather than XS and it was perfect. They sit up waist-high and snug, also snug around the leg openings--so, plenty of coverage! Now, having said all these glowing things, I must add that they have not yet been "battle-tested" as far as absorbing a massive void, or repeated voids, so I can't comment on that, yet, but if they do pass that test, which is coming up soon, I will write another review--and I will have found the diaper I need for our purposes. I have a feeling that they will pass this test, and when that happens, I will have found the undergarment I have been looking for.

These pull up pants work! These pants hold, absorb 34 oz of liquid!! My mother stays dry and the bed stays dry. She also uses the top liners with them as well. Both are wonderful products.

My husband is 81, has Alzheimer's, is blind & deaf. He is also incontinent. For a year we searched, without success, for a pull up that did not leak overnight (Tena, Depends, all the big brands). Then we found Tranquility. We have had zero leaks, even when he sleeps 10 hours! I've given away all those accumulated pads, pull ups, etc & we only use Tranquility now. You can rely on Comfort Plus to ship quickly & always get the order correct! Great company, great diaper! A Win-Win!

These are the best I've used. They cover a larger absorbent area and hold more than any I've tried before. I have also used the extra peach liner you can buy when I'm wearing these when I leave home. They help hold little more and pull the wetness away from my skin. I use these overnight when I'm going out somewhere and will be gone a long time and maybe not have access to a bathroom very often. I was unsure about what size to order. On the size chart I should wear XL based on waist size but should wear 2XL based on my weight. I ordered the 2XL to make sure they were big enough and next time I'll order the XL. But I didn't know until I try them. I will definitely continue using these.

Much, much better than the store bought brands. Peace of mind for the caregiver.
