Over night a disposable underwear
The product is better than most, but for over night must in seer the super pad, which is additional work and still not adequate. It’s time consuming tedious labor. They shoul offer the product with the extra volume as the ne total volume volume for overnight not as an extra thought. That would possibly be a better product, not saying company would install the extra pad but that the construction would have the xtra volume. Using the rubber pause we had ordered but doesn’t always work when they pull at them during the night.

Best of a Poor Field of Products
Haven't yet found a better product, but most of the competition is truly junk. More comfortable and absorbent, but the claimed capacity is wildly overstated and can't be trusted. Count on about half what Tranquility says. Be sure to measure properly to obtain the correct size
