Comfortable and pretty absorbent
My husband with dementia thinks these are the most comfortable of the briefs I’ve tried. They still leak 50% of the time and I have to change the bedding, however. But he is less apt to remove them in the night, so I will continue to buy them.

Little better
My husband has used these for the past week. He still gets an overflow and wakes up with his pajama top soaked. I ordered and used a booster pad last night and it seemed to help with less leakage but still not perfect. Better than the other overnight we were using.

The best
These were purchased for my mom. Based upon online reviews, they had the best rating. They work so well. She had trouble getting used to wearing it mainly because they are tight to pull up. Her hands are weak now. They have to be snug though in order to prevent leaks. Once she got used to that, they've worked great. One ripped once being pulled on but other than that one, they they work nicely. I recommend that when removing, just tear the sides down rather than pulling off like underwear. Also, Comfort Plus has been great, too. Product always arrives in a timely manner and when I needed help, I just sent an email and received a prompt reply with friendly support.

Dad didn’t stay dry
Dad leaked through it. But maybe it has more to do with the fit than the absorbency. So far the depends overnight have worked best for us

The Tranquility Premium Overnight product did not do any better than other pull-ups
My husband's incontinence at night is not contained any better with this product than with a regular pull up from Depends or Equate. It needs to be developed specifically for male and female with extra padding at the front for men.
