Least likely to cause contact dermatitis
After having alarming results with hypersitive skin using two other brand's similar disposable absorbent underwear wit gel absorption inserts, these Tranquility Premium Protection Premium Daytime perform without any hint of contact dermatitis. They have held up to hard manual labor 100 degree high humidity weather, including urine and feces leakage without loss of integrity or excessive odor. The Peach Mat Gel insert does not dissolve or leak out of the fiber layer liner when wet. the fit is comfortable in all positions and under garments. The only improvement needed is to clearly mark the front or back on the waistband for elderly eyes.

I love this products thickness for holding leakage. My husband is wheelchair bound and when I am away from him he does not make it to the bathroom in time.
