Great adult night time diaper!
The very best night time adult diaper for the cost. Keeps me and the bedding dry all night long. I love the plastic backing instead of the newer cloth like backing that always leaks on the side for me. I also like the way the diapers gels up and keeps the wetness away from my skin like the pampers baby diapers used to. Keeps me dry and comfortable even after several wettings. I can go out and not even have to think about being wet or leaking.

I HAVE BEEN WEARING THESE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND FOR THE PRICE YOU REALLY CAINT GO WRONG I USE THE MEDIUM FOR NIGHT TIME AND DAYTIME I USE THE SMALL ITS A TIGHTER FIT FOR UNDER JEANS AND THE PROTECTION I WILL KEEP USING THEM FOR YEARS

Great product
Have been using for my 30 yr old daughter with cerebral palsy for many years. These are the most absorbent we've used. The double tape tabs are especially helpful when changing. All other brands we have used are very cheaply made. These are great quality diapers.

Great Diaper for the price. Functions well but room for design improvements
Fit: Size chart is off as these diapers run small. My measurements are a 38 inch waist and 41 inch hip measurement. I ordered a sample package of medium (Size chart: 32"-44") and large size chart: (45"-58") . The mediums barely fit but a tad bigger on the ATN than the Slimline. The large fit well but the absorbent padding stopped almost 6 inches from the top of the brief in the front leaving a lot of plastic at the top. A person at the high range of the size chart would NOT fit into the large. I would love to see elastic added to the waist as this would greatly improve comfort and fit in addition to going a little higher on the padding . Noise: these are fairly noisy but I think only you would notice. Wearing a pair of underwear over them helps a bit. they are not overly bulky so they are not visibly noticeable under clothes. 2.5 Stars Protection: very good. No leaking after wearing them throughout the day. I believe that the plastic and the strong tapes helps the protection level of this diaper. 5 stars Comfort: I wore these to bed at night and sleep soundly through the night. They make a bit of noise but not having the bulk between my legs is a comfort compared to other overnight diapers. Not bulky at all so sleeping on my side was a breeze. The slimline is a tad bit thinner than the ATN version but not by much. 5 stars. Overall: I gave these 4 stars out of 5. Slightly higher than the Slimline. Would have been 5 stars except for the lack of elastic at the waist and improper sizing. - As a side note, as you go about your day the plastic side wings tends to ride up a bit, same thing happened with the ATN version diaper. Make sure you are aware and manage this as the plastic could pop out under a t-shirt. Could be embarrassing if not noticed and corrected. I believe an elastic waistband would fix this problem. Hint: adding small piece of tape in-between the two provided tapes also helps with this issue

Diapers and Comfort Plus
It is hard to rate diapers because they are like each to their own. Some like briefs some like diapers. I have used the Tranqulity brand for years on my daughter. I just recently started using the All Thru The Night and I really like them. She does not leak like she did with the Slimline. I highly recommend this brand for people that are older and have to wear diapers. But in all honesty I really recommend Comfort Plus for having decent prices and for exceptional fast shipping. LOVED the Christmas discount. I can use all the help I can get!!!
