Consistently Works
Having been treated for prostate cancer, I have been dealing with incontinence issues for several years. Tried many different products, and the one that consistently works for me has been the Tranquility ATN briefs. I am fairly active, which makes my stress incontinence worse, so ATN briefs get a good amount of use. They do what they are supposed to do - absorb liquid and keep me basically dry for at least 4-6 hours of being active. Grateful for this product.

Tranquility ATN
These are the very best adult diapers by far! I have been using Tranquility's ATN diapers now for well over 17 years. They are very soft and comfortable to wear. They always keep me and my bedding dry all night long. They have a very soft plastic outer covering and Gell up just like Pampers. I love the plastic backing unlike cloth diapers that always leak on the sides, that's NOT an issue with these diapers. They also offer padding into the wing's of the diaper that other adult diapers do NOT, this helps to keep you dry even when you sleep on your side as I do! New plastic backing.
It seems that Tranqulity changed there plastic backing back to what it used to be. I'm happy to say they made this choice since I did not like there new plastic backing. I know it's silly but it was shiny and not as soft as there ole backing. I also think it was a little more nosy too with that being said I'm happy they changed it back to what they used to use. A+ would highly recommend this product for both day and night time use. Eric

ATN overnight diapers
I have been using Tranquility's ATN adult diapers for well over 15 years now. I have noticed some small changes with the last case I ordered. It seems like they have changed the plastic backing, It's shiny and at least to me seems to be a little more crinkly. However it also seems like this change fixed a small problem I used to have with some of the tapes. They used to separate from the diaper on one side but now it seems like that's no longer an issue. I'm not sure but I think they have made the padding thinner too. If this is so it seems like the absorbency is the same or only slitely less. I'm still giving it five stars as in my option they are still the very best night time adult diaper I have found as of yet for the cost and the protection they offer! I would highly recommend them. Tranquility ATN diapers
I have been using these diapers for over ten years now. They are the best overnight diapers that I have found for the cost. They truly live up to there name "All Though the Night" they keep not only me but my bedding dry all night long. I'm a side sleeper and these diapers even have padding the extents well into the wings of the diaper unlike other brands that only have padding in the crotch area. They also absorb very well and have sap that gels up keeping you dry with out padding that breaks up or bunches up like other brands of diapers. I would highly recommend this diaper to any one who needs full night time protection and I trust it completely to keep me dry all night long.

Tranquility ATN Briefs
Having endured treatments for prostate cancer, I am finding that I am in need of urinary protection (one of the dreaded side effects of treatment). Currently experiencing that the more active I am, the more protection I need. These work really well for that purpose. I use these whenever we go biking or other physical activity. I get about 6-7 hours of protection from each brief. The plastic backing makes a little noise under my clothes, but also helps to keep all odors locked in, so that seems to be the trade-off. Would definitely recommend these to anyone dealing with urinary incontinence.

Great nighttime diaper! Very well fitting with padding that extends into the wings of the diaper. Very soft plastic backing that helps to provide protection from leaks even if your a side sleeper unlike the cloth backed diapers that offer no protection on the sides.
