Tranquility® TopLiner® Booster Pads extend the wear time of incontinence garments, so you can go longer between changes. They are designed to absorb an initial amount of fluid before allowing additional fluid to pass through to the primary garment. This makes them ideal for pairing with disposable pull-on underwear or tape-tab briefs, but should not be worn in regular underwear. Intended to be flexible so you can position them where you need extra protection; for women, this may be more toward the center, while for men, it may be more toward the front. An adhesive strip keeps the pad in place. Boosters can be folded and even doubled for added protection, but should not be cut. The clothlike material is gentle against your skin and quiet when you move. TopLiner Booster Pads are your extra line of defense against leaks.

Works really well, unless you use it with the Tranquility pull ups. For me, I had terrible leakage if I used these together because the booster pad pushed down the “Kuff guard.” They work great with other pull ups, keeping me really dry. Great invention. You must make sure the booster pad sits between the kuffguard.

Mom's aides put these on inside the diapers and it holds so much, they don't have to change the diaper as often. This is great. It really helps keep her drier. We love them.
