We use Tranquility Slimline briefs for our daughter with Rett syndrome

Posted by A mom on May 04, 2019

There is no other diaper that works as well for her, they are not bulky and work day and night. She is 14 now and we have been using these since she was 10.

    Very satisfied

Posted by Unknown on Apr 30, 2019

I love these diapers, I have trouble being able to change and stuff do to medical issues but these diapers continue to make changing easy on my wife and I’m comfortable all night when wearing these diapers. I don’t have all the bulk and I can sleep comfortably no matter how I lay down. I absolutely can't thank you enough for this diaper, I’m very impressed!! Thank you for making an already difficult issue easier to handle for me and my family!!

Size chart is off, thin but quality protection, slightly noisy 3.5 out of 5

Posted by Kenny on Apr 02, 2019

Fit: Size chart is off as these diapers run small. My measurements are a 38 inch waist and 41 inch hip measurement. I ordered a sample package of medium (Size chart: 32"-44") and large size chart: (45"-58") . The mediums barely fit and could not be used, the large fit well but the absorbent padding stopped almost 6 inches from the top of the brief in the front leaving a lot of plastic at the top. A person at the high range of the size chart would NOT fit into the large. I would love to see elastic added to the waist as this would greatly improve comfort and fit. Also going a little higher on the padding. Noise: these are fairly noisy. Wearing a pair of underwear over them helps a bit but still can be heard under shorts in quiet settings. However due to their thin design, they are not visibly noticeable under clothes. 2 Stars Protection: very good. No leaking after wearing them for half the day. I believe that the plastic and the strong tapes helps the protection level of this diaper. 5 stars Comfort: I wore these to bed at night and sleep soundly for 8 hours. They make a bit of noise but not having the bulk between my legs is a comfort. Not bulky at all so sleeping on my side was a breeze. The slimline is a tad bit thinner than the ATN version but not by much. 5 stars. Overall: I gave these 4 stars but really 3.5 out of 5. Would have been 5 stars except for the lack of elastic at the waist and improper sizing. - As a side note, as you go about your day the plastic side wings tends to ride up a bit, same thing happened with the ATN version diaper. Make sure you are aware and manage this as the plastic could pop out under a t-shirt. Could be embarrassing if not noticed and corrected. I believe an elastic waistband would fix this problem. Hint: adding small piece of tape in-between the two provided tapes also helps with this issue
