We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders placed before 2:30 Arizona time are shipped the same day, which means next day delivery for customers within the State of Arizona. For out-of-state customers, we ask that you allow up to a week for domestic delivery.

 

Shipping and handling are free on all orders within the State of Arizona that meet a pre-tax, retail value of at least $50. A shipping and handling fee of $5.95 is applied to all orders with delivery addresses outside of Arizona, or that do not satisfy minimum requirements of free shipping. The shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat rate fee.

 

Comfort Plus guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Nevertheless, situations may arise that you require you to return purchased product.

 

Customers wishing to exchange or return an item must call, email or visit Comfort Plus within 14 days of purchase to obtain an authorized return number. Returned items must in their original packaging, unopened and in good condition for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of the date of delivery.

 

No return of personal hygiene products, opened packages of incontinence products, or worn, soiled clothing or reusable merchandise is permitted.

 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send item(s) back to Comfort Plus. However, we will reimburse returns and exchanges of damaged, defective or items shipped in error, so long as they occur in the timeframe outlined above.
