Comfort Plus Subscriptions: Frequently Asked Questions

Comfort Plus is now offering our products to be purchased through subscription. This service allows you to regularly receive incontinence supplies, adult diapers, and other items from our online store at the frequency you choose. Subscribing to products through our Comfort Plus Subscriptions program will also allow you to save 5% on each shipment!

How Do I Order a Product for Subscription?

To order a product on Subscription, navigate to the product you would like to purchase regularly. On the product page, you will see a new option to select, called “Delivery Frequency”. Within “Delivery Frequency” you can select whether you would like to receive the product “One-time Purchase” or ongoing (“Deliver Every 2 weeks”, “Deliver Every 4 Weeks”, etc.). To create a subscription, select the ongoing frequency in which you would like to receive the product, choose the quantity you’d like to receive on a recurring basis, add that product to your cart and complete the checkout process.

Note: You can modify your subscription frequency at any time.

Is There Any Obligation to Continue my Subscription?

No, there is no obligation to continue a subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time online or phone, and you will not receive, or be billed for, any future shipments unless an order has already been shipped.

Once a subscription is canceled, all payment information for that subscription will be permanently deleted from our system.

What Products Are Available on Subscription?

All products from Comfort Plus are available on Subscription. However, we do not offer samples to be purchased through Subscription.

Can I Order Multiple Products with Subscription?

Yes, you can order multiple items on Subscription. If you would like to receive two items at the same time, be sure to select the same frequency for both products while adding them to your cart.

You can also receive different items at different frequencies. You may want an incontinence product every 2 weeks, but only want Cleansing Wipes every 4 weeks, you can do this as well.

How Do I Modify My Subscription Order?

To modify an order, you first need to log in to your account. After logging in, go to the account page by clicking “Account” in the top header. Next, select “Subscriptions”. You will then see your Subscriptions. Next, click on “Edit” to view the options for modifying your subscription. At this time, you are able to skip future orders and modify your Shipping and Billing Address. If you would like to modify the frequency of your Subscription, please contact us and we can update it for you. You cannot modify the product(s) you are receiving. To modify the products on subscription, you must cancel your subscription and create a new one with the newly desired product. You can also modify your Shipping/Billing Address and modify your payment method.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel a Subscription, you first need to log in to your account. After logging in, select “Subscriptions”. You will then see your Subscriptions. Next, click on “Edit” and then click “Cancel Subscription”. You will then be asked to confirm the cancelation. Once you click “Yes”, your Subscription will be canceled.

Can I Update My Shipping and/or Billing Address?

Yes, you can update your Shipping Address and Billing Address at any time. To update an address, you first need to log in to your account. On the Account page, select “Subscriptions”. You will then see your Subscriptions. Next, click on “Edit” to view the options for modifying your subscription. Then, select “Update Shipping Address” and add a new address. You can update your Billing Address you when update your payment method.

Can I Change My Payment Method?

Yes, you can update your Payment Method, or credit card, at any time. To update your credit card on file, log in to your account. After logging in, select “Subscriptions”. You will then see your Subscriptions. Next, click on “Edit” to view the options for modifying your subscription. Then, select “Update Payment Method”. To add a new credit card click “Enter A New Credit Card” and add the new credit card information. To update your Billing Address, select “Use Existing Credit Card” and update the Billing Information on the form.

To remove the previous payment method, hit the “Delete” button next to that credit card information.

Note: We take payment security very serious and do not store our customers full credit card information on file. Subscription payment information is encrypted and securely stored.

Can I Use Other Discounts With My Subscription?

Yes, you can use additional discounts, such as coupon codes and store credit, with your subscription. To use a coupon code, please enter the code into the coupon code box during checkout. The coupon will then be applied on top of your automatic 5% savings. Similarly, if you would like to apply store credit to your purchase, you can select to pay using store credit at checkout. If you’d like to use a coupon code after your subscription is already ongoing, simply contact us via phone or the form and we can apply the coupon to your next shipment.
