these work so well for my Mom. Her aide says it saves a lot using these. they absorb nicely and a lot. keeps the diaper dry and clean.
My mom uses these Tranquility Booster pads with the overnight pull-ups and wakes up dry... no other product we have found works as well.
As I said in April; Mom's aide puts these inside the diapers and only changes them; the diapers are still good for most of the day. They really hold up and hold a lot. They are terrific.
Works really well, unless you use it with the Tranquility pull ups. For me, I had terrible leakage if I used these together because the booster pad pushed down the “Kuff guard.” They work great with other pull ups, keeping me really dry. Great invention. You must make sure the booster pad sits between the kuffguard.
