After almost 10 years of Tranquility product use, I felt it was time again to exclaim, “I LOVE THE PRODUCT”. We remain an odor free facility, with no skin breakdown related to incontinence problems. The staff loves the products because it allows them quality social time with the residents rather than just care interaction due to incontinence. The residents love the product because it enables them to be involved with activities, visit with family, go out on appointments without fear of incontinence episodes soiling their garments. They feel comfortable and are more active.

When I was first introduced to Tranquility I was new to LTC, unfamiliar with the variety of incontinence products available, but looking for a better product. The Tranquility representative, Martha O’Neill, gave demonstrations to myself and all Nursing staff, did a cost analysis of our current product vs. Tranquility, including staff time required with each.  It was easy to see that Tranquility was far superior to any product reviewed.

In these cost conscious times, I know all of us in LTC are trying to spend our dollars wisely. You may feel that the product dollars are more than you are currently spending. But when you review the staff hours you will save by fewer changes, the elimination of odors in your building, the improved resident and family satisfaction, and happier staff, dollars will actually be saved.

Family Care Homes has been in the business of caring for the frail and dependent elderly for nearly 20 years now. We specialize in the various forms of Dementia, and in caring for individuals who require a much higher degree of care than most other assisted living facilities are capable of.

Due to the high acuity level that we deal with on a regular basis, our suppliers are extremely important to us. We absolutely cannot afford to be waiting around for supplies, or dealing with inaccurate deliveries or sub-standard products. To Whom It May Concern:

I have been in the healthcare field in the Sun City area for twenty years. I have used various products that deal with incontinence problems my clients may have. I have encountered problems so severe that anything sold in stores just do not work. This can cause embarrassment to the client no matter what setting they are in.

Wanting to prevent this I have done research on both briefs and bed pads. Since discovering Comfort Plus my problems have been solved. The briefs are more absorbent and the Tranquility bed pads are larger, thicker, and more dependable than any others I have used.

Recently my mother needed to purchase briefs and bed pads, the first place I called was Comfort Plus. They were very helpful and with little notice they supplied us with a case of each.
