A few times I have just not known exactly what to order and your staff has been able to recommend just the right products for my mother. In one case, there was a product that was not in the catalog, but your staff knew about it and it was PERFECT for my mother (who is on dialysis). The value and service you provide is unmatched.
I must say too, dealing with an elderly parent while living in a different state is difficult enough, but it gives me comfort that you are able to be there in arizona, providing her with things that she really needs everyday.
