What products do you carry?

At Comfort Plus we carry the highest performance incontinence products and medical supplies. We offer a full line of Tranquility and Select products to meet all levels of incontinence needs. We also carry a variety of personal care, skin care, bathroom safety, urological, mobility, and miscellaneous health care products. 

How do I know what product is right for my incontinence needs?

Comfort Plus offers PRIVATE consultations free of charge. These consultations can be done via email or by phone. For your convenience we have also provided an online assessment tool to help you determine which product best meets your needs. Simply click on the Need Help Picking Products section located on the home page of our web site.

Do you offer free samples?

Please call us at (480) 545-8055 or (888) 656-8055 and we can send you a free sample or click on the Product Samples link found on the home page of our web site and you can order as many samples as you wish.  Each online sample comes with a $1.99 handling charge.

How do I place an order?

A convenient online shopping service is available on our web site. You can use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover to make your purchases. Simply add products to your shopping cart by clicking on the product category of your choice. When finished selecting your products simply click on checkout, fill out the billing information and submit your order.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you don’t have to register to place an order. However, there are many benefits to registration. 

Registering saves valuable time – After registering your shipping and payment information is entered once and then remembered for all future purchases. 

In addition, we will periodically e-mail you special discounts and promotional offers that are not available to the general public.

Registering lets you track and see previous orders – You will be able to see what you ordered the last time, how long ago you ordered, and other information that can help you manage your purchases through ComfortPlus Online.

Can I use a purchase order instead of a credit card when ordering?

Yes. If you are an assisted living residence or group home you may use a purchase order. However, you must first register on line in the assisted living/group home area of our web site.

Can I place reoccurring orders?

At Comfort Plus we offer a Reoccurring Order Program. This convenient service is ideal for customers who need their products on an on-going basis. The Reoccurring Order Program enables you to set up a regular delivery schedule based upon your needs and we will automatically ship your order at the specified time (e.g., every 4 weeks, or every 6, etc…).  You can change or cancel your order or your delivery schedule at anytime prior to shipping without penalty. You can make changes to your reoccurring order by telephone, fax or email.

To order this service simply check the reoccurring order box located on the check out page of our web site. You can pick from a variety of delivery intervals that best meet your needs (from every 2 to 8 weeks). How do I order for residents of a group home/assisted living facility?

At Comfort Plus we offer a special purchasing program and discount pricing for group homes and assisted living residences. 

How do I schedule a product trial or in-service for a facility or group home?

We offer free product trials and in-services for facilities and group homes.  Call us at (480) 545-8055 to learn more about these services.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping for all standard UPS ground orders (in the state of Arizona). There is a $4.95 shipping and handling fee for all orders shipped to locations outside of Arizona.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the Continental United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping – orders received by 3pm will be shipped that business day.  Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following business day. If an order is received on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.

Delivery – orders shipped within AZ will arrive the next day. Orders shipped outside of AZ will be received within 2-10 business days depending upon the location the item is being shipped.

How do you charge sales tax?

Residents of Arizona will be charged 7.80% tax. All items purchased from residents outside of Arizona will not be subject to sales tax.

What is your return policy?

  • Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced, exchanged or refunded.
  • No return of personal hygiene products, opened packages of incontinence products, or worn or soiled clothing or reusable merchandise.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send item back (unless damaged).
  • Damaged, defective, or items shipped in error will be exchanged or credited and return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
  • Refund or credit upon meeting "return criteria".
  • Credits will be issued (as originally paid) within 14 days after receiving product back.
  • A call or email must be made within 14 days of purchase to obtain authorized return number.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to obtain credit, refund, or to exchange product

How can I learn more about incontinence?

If you are interested in learning more about incontinence, there are many professional organizations, web sites, support groups and educational materials to assist you in your quest. Several organization are dedicated the issues of incontinence. The Simon Foundation for Continence at www.simonfoundation.org or 1-800-237-4666 can answer questions regarding incontinence and has a free information packet on incontinence issues. The National Association for Continence (NAFC) is an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people with incontinence. They offer a resource guide filled with products and services for incontinence. NAFC can be found on the web at www.nafc.org or reached by phone at 1-800-BLADDERThe Bladder Health Council of the American Foundation for Urologic Disease (AFUD) sponsors Bladder Health Week and educates the general public and healthcare providers about bladder diseases and condition. AFUD’s web site is www.afud.org and they can be reached by calling 1-800-242-2383

If incontinence accompanies a specific disorder, such as Alzheimer’s, MS, or Parkinson’s Disease, the organization specific to these diseases may also provide incontinence information. In addition, your health care professional, local library and internet can also provide much more information on this very important issue.
